Refunds

Refunds are only applicable for damaged or mismatched products under the following conditions:

A verifiable unboxing video must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.

Video Requirements:

The video must clearly show the product’s condition, including any damage or discrepancies.

Send the unboxing video to support@inkesy.com for review.

Refund Process

  1. Review: Our team will assess the video to verify the reported issue.
  2. Approval: If approved, the refund process will be initiated.
  3. Issuance: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  4. Timeline: Please allow 5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Replacements & Exchanges

  • We offer free replacements for damaged or mismatched products.
  • Customers can choose to replace the product with any item from our store.
  • If the selected replacement product is of higher value, the customer must pay the difference.
  • The request process for replacements is the same as outlined for refunds.

Important Conditions

  • An unboxing video is mandatory for all refund or replacement claims.
  • Claims must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Claims without a valid unboxing video will not be considered.
  • Refund or replacement requests may be rejected if an unboxing video is not provided.
  • Refunds or exchanges are not applicable for products purchased using any discount coupons or Buy X Get X Free offers.
